This is the motto of the Konz Music Festival,located in the middle of the picturesque four-country corner of Germany, Luxembourg, France and Belgium.
The historic monastery of St. Bruno at the confluence of the Saar and Moselle inKonz is the venue for many concert events and home to the musical academy for musical masters of tomorrow.
Based on the 25-year tradition of the former Summer Academy, the newly designed International Master Academy will take place for the first time within the Konz Music Festival from August 21 to 27, 2021.
Here you will find selected young chamber musicians who, during the master class, will prepare their joint performances at the 'Spotlight Young Musicians' concerts on August 26 and 27 as part of the official festival program.
The academy not only offers the opportunity to work intensively with experienced lecturers and to receive valuable suggestions from internationally sought-after artists, but also to perform at the highest professional level and to make a wide range of contacts in the inspiring atmosphere of the festival.
The compilation of the limitedThe field of participants is exclusively by invitation.
The Master Academy is now accepting applications and recommendations for the instruments violin, viola, violoncello, piano and percussion.
Permanent ensembles can apply as a group.
Invited participants receive chamber music and solo lessons and are informed early on about the repertoire of the final academy concerts.
During the Master Academy, rehearsals for 'Spotlight Young Musicians' take place under the instruction of the lecturers in the form of master classes in the ballroom of the St. Bruno Monastery.
Participants are welcome to attend all concerts at the Konz Music Festival.

International concert pianist, Grammy nominee 2016 and multiple winner of various ICMA Awards. Steinway Artist, known for his diverse repertoire and extensive discography, including works by Scarlatti, Brahms, Grieg, Liszt, Moszkowski, Scriabin and many more. Regular partner of conductors such as Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Michael Sander ling, Nicholas Milton and Michael Francis.
